- Mission of the Risen An open door mission for the poor and downtrodden of South Side. It is an old church, Catholic, it has been around since the Revolution and has burnt down several times. It has a crypt and active graveyard it leads to a Necromancers secret base.
- Piute Reservation Located North of Vegas, The Las Vegas Paiute Tribe developed a thriving cigarette retail business at its downtown Tribal Smoke Shop. In addition, the Tribe also operates a Smokeshop and gas station at the Snow Mountain Reservation. On March 1, 1994, the Tribe opened its first golf course, designed by Pete Dye. It has since opened two additional courses and has a beautiful clubhouse, pro shop, restaurant and banquet facilities.
- Night Magic theater (Patrick feel free to rename this)A classic Vaudevillian theater which is kept in stunning repair and currently runs many different acts but is especially known for its magic act.
- The Offices of Sam Harrington Private Investigator An office located in what used to be an old bar, it is made of old wood and yet still manages to be filled with a sunny light and the smell of pine.
- Atlas Lab Former lab of Atlas, has very recently been completely overcome by Zombies. It has a sewer entrance which the party can find by following the Zombies. The Atlas cops are basically going to self clean the dungeon as the party finishes getting the info they need.
- Theater of the Stars An old Theater with a large domed roof formerly the locus for dark magic
- Rachael's House a sweet old Victorian with gingerbread moldings. White with pink shutters. A garden with all sorts of herbs and vegetables which in the summer heat have grown to amazing proportions. The backyard is also home to a garden gnome.
- Open Casket Party House Office A run down slab of real estate in a nondescript concrete bunker across the street from a parking garage and a large banquet hall. Inside it is very cool, it has a strange smell, There are 6 employees, Rachael Weis, Kafka, Christian Philipps, Jessie Laforest, Ileen Sersen, and Cora Weathers.
- School Dr. William (Bob) H Bailey Middle School lowest ranked middle school in Vegas.
- Plaguedoctor warren Former warren of the Plague Doctor currently being retrofitted as a supernatural prison.

A strangely compassionate elder vampire hints at further darkness still to come. Which path will our heroes follow to rescue the girl and slay the monsters? |
Themes and Threats
The Masquerade
- The Idea: The supernatural world hides among the mundane and no where is that veil thinnest but in Vegas. Every so often in human civilization humans build a city that calls forth the other realms; cities like Venice, Berlin, and New Orleans, where the culture of the humans who build it is more prone to fantastic influence.
- The Aspect: The line between reality and illusion can be crossed by imagination
- The Faces: Since this is the primary theme most of the lesser themes reflect this as do their organizations.
Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?
- The Idea: Although Los Vegas was not a city created during the classic western days, it is in the southwest where the last of these knight errant can still be found. This idea is also expressed visually in the juxtaposition of the land and the city, as well as the casino theme in the new construction of ancient monuments and cities.
- The Aspect: The twilight of the old world and the new. A place that is especially open to magical phenomenon.
- The Faces: The Piute and Ute Reservation especailly Kathernine Winnemucca, direct descendant of Sarah Winnemucca, current main contact for Paiute Indian Affairs. She has an office in a trailer on the reservation. She is also a shaman.

Freedom is Sin
- The Idea: In Vegas, everything goes, there are no rules and the only barrier to what you can do is your own conscious.
- The Aspect: This idea is reflected in the supernatural community. The Accords that keep peace in most places do not apply here and the natural consequences of dark magic and deeds are lost in low level hum of evil that permeates the city, as well as the mundane humans natural tendency to over look the fantastic in a place where the fantastic is common place.
- The Faces: Sister Ruth and the halfway house of the damned. As well as the night club Thyrsus and owner a man known as Max Agrios.
